We will meet at the hotel for this excursion to take the path of the southern highway, heading north to “Puerto Tranquilo”, after 50 minutes of traveling, we will arrive at our first destination “Bahía Mansa”. Here we will visit this nature sanctuary called “Capillas de Marmol”, which is well known as a Chilean National Monument, formed by a set of calcium carbonate minerals, located on the shore of the General Carrera Lake. Over the years, the waters of the lake (the second largest in South America) have eroded the coastal escarpments, creating the formations known as Marble Cathedrals, Marble Chapels, and Marble Caverns.

Our trip will be done with a related company of prestige in quality and service. They will take us through the most iconic places of this sanctuary, where we will be able to appreciate the best postcards and take beautiful photographs. The tour guides will tell us more about the geology and history of the place. The ride will last approximately 1 hour. At the end of this boat ride, we will be returning to the hotel.
